Join us January 17 & 18th for an Alpine-inspired “Fast Food” pop-up at @eatlilwolf .

If you’re into dipping hamburgers in cheddar fondue, @netflixandchell Choogle Dogs with raclette, or crispy schnitzel shrimp, this one’s for you.

Our version of this classic Alpine dish originating from the Aosta Valley in Italy, made with Canadian ingredients.

POULET RÔTI & RADISH BEURRE BLANC 🍗

A.B chicken roasted on the bone with radish beurre blanc & loads of chives. Recommended with a side of baguette!

The beurre blanc is made using our cultured radish butter. @reclaimfarm radishes are pickled in radish vinegar and cultured with local dairy.

A.B chicken roasted on the bone with radish beurre blanc & loads of chives. Recommended with a side of baguette!

The beurre blanc is made using our cultured radish butter. @reclaimfarm radishes are pickled in radish vinegar and cultured with local dairy.
